- The rooms are compact but very clean and efficiently designed. The pillow selection corner is a nice touch for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast is available at Yayoi restaurant for 1000 yen, plus there’s a Seico mart across the street for snacks. While the rooms might feel small with large luggage and there’s no on-site parking, it’s an excellent value in a great location!
- The location is fantastic — within walking distance to both the station and Odori Park. The room felt spacious enough, was clean, and had useful amenities like a lounge area and laundry facilities. There’s even a public bath in the basement! I found everything well-maintained overall. Just note that the 10 a.m. checkout time felt early for me.
- Only a short walk from Sapporo subway station exit 21! You can easily access JR train lines, shopping malls, and an airport bus stop just around the corner. The room was spotless with comfortable pillows, and I really enjoyed breakfast despite limited options.
- JR INN Sapporo Minami is modern, clean, and conveniently located. The compact rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and that awesome pillow selection corner! It’s perfect for solo or business travelers who want to explore Sapporo attractions on foot.
- The room was clean with good water pressure! I appreciated having both a desk mirror for makeup in the morning and a full-length mirror. Staff were friendly too! Just be aware that Sapporo Station and Susukino are somewhat far away; it can get confusing as there are two similar-looking hotels nearby.
