🍽️ Best Review Summary
• Service 8.9
• Location 8.7
• Value for money 8.5
• Cleanliness 8.4
- This place is quite large, but be prepared for a *unique numbering system* that can make finding your room a bit tricky. The rooms are clean and spacious, though the staff could use some warmth. A surprising aspect is that guests need to take out their own garbage after their stay – not something you usually expect at this price point. On the bright side, the views from certain rooms are absolutely stunning! They offer a range of amenities including a convenience store, arcade, karaoke, and even a water park with discounts for hotel guests.
- The room comes equipped with standard facilities and has a small kitchen area. It’s comfortable and well-maintained; however, the bed might feel a bit hard for some. One highlight? The TV is impressively large! The location is perfect for visiting Waterpia and includes plenty of nearby amenities like GS25 and Starbucks.
- If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this resort provides just that! My child had fun rolling around in the room while my wife appreciated having a proper bed to sleep on. With both ondol (heated floor) and regular beds available, there’s something for everyone. Plus, having simple cooking tools makes it easy to enjoy takeout!
- During our August trip, we snagged a great deal applying coupons which made our two-night stay with four Waterpia tickets only 399,000 won! Since we planned to explore rather than stay put at the resort all day, its condition wasn’t too crucial for us. Just keep in mind that getting around can involve some walking if you’re staying in the annex.
- The location is fantastic – just five minutes by car from Sokcho city! You get beautiful views of Ulsan Rock from Mt. Seorak as well. The water park was especially enjoyable thanks to its hot spring water features!
