I had a wonderful stay! I would recommend this hotel. It’s location is so conveniently close to the Metro and the train. Around the corner is a great place to eat a kebop. Bim, a grocery store, is just at the end of that block.
The rooms are cleaned every day and the cleaning staff are so friendly. I loved having a pool available during the hottest part of the day. Finally, the free breakfast was wonderful.
We booked 2 rooms for around 12 days; one with a double bed that felt cramped, and another with more space that was perfect for our family. The management really showed their hospitality by upgrading us! Breakfast included in our stay was excellent quality food!
The location is almost perfect as it’s just a simple 3-minute walk to the metro—super convenient for families! Plus, you can find good Turkish food nearby without any hilly areas.
The staff were also helpful; one lady at breakfast provided exceptional service for our family with young kids. The facilities were top-notch too, although there were some quirks about timing and swimming caps at the pool.
Overall, despite minor housekeeping issues, we enjoyed express service from room service and complimentary water bottles daily. It’s definitely a well-rounded 3.5-star hotel worth considering for your next visit to Turkey!
It’s almost worth staying here just for their excellent breakfast! They have an incredible selection of jams, spreads, hot dishes like scrambled eggs and patties—everything you could want!
The room itself was small but cozy with a nice shower and even had a little balcony. Staff were friendly enough though wearing caps in the pool seemed unnecessary sometimes.
The hotel’s location near Yenkapi offers a local vibe that’s quite charming! Just be mindful that while it has its quirks, it provides solid value overall.
Good service overall but do keep expectations realistic regarding amenities. While some aspects may not meet 4 or 5-star standards,this hotel still delivers on cleanliness and friendliness!
