I stayed for two nights at the Premium Tower. The room was spacious and had a bath, which made our stay quite comfortable, especially with a baby. The staff greeted us with smiles and kindness. However, I did find some long hairs in the room and bathroom, which was a bit unsettling. A little more attention to cleaning those areas could really elevate the experience. Also, I’d love to see more dryers available.
This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve had in Japan! The staff was incredibly helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the onsen was just amazing. Don’t miss out on breakfast; it’s delicious!
Breakfast food was fantastic! With an impressive selection of fish, sashimi, and Western dishes that would require multiple rounds to try everything—especially that incredible fish! The onsen area is huge with several sections to enjoy.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakodate station. We booked two rooms for four nights; they were spacious and clean. While the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped and only came with one thin pillow per bed, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores.
We booked last minute and got a smoking double room that was very clean. The breakfast here is definitely worth it! Highlights include sashimi, tempura, French toast, and even morning wine—truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! It’s just a short walk from JR station but close to the sea too.
