This hotel is truly exceptional, with amazing service from the moment we arrived—they even greeted us with welcome drinks. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji directly from our room. What touched me the most was how they noticed my birthday from my passport and surprised me with a small gift, a dessert cake, and even a printed photo of us. The overall experience was incredibly heartwarming.

My stay at Kaze no Terrace Kukuna was nothing short of extraordinary. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The real highlight? That breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji right in front of me—it was so mesmerizing I didn’t even want to leave my room! The private balcony offered unobstructed views of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji, making every moment unforgettable.
Simply one of the best places to stay for a Mount Fuji trip. Waking up to such a view is really breathtaking. The staff were amazing—extremely helpful and patient with any language barriers.
Breakfast and dinner were amazing, can’t beat the view of Fujisan paired with good food. Pricing might be a bit high personally, but no regrets staying here; I would definitely come back to Kukuna again!
