- We really enjoyed our stay here, especially with the discounted Agoda price for access to the Executive Lounge. The breakfast spread was decent, and we loved the generous free flow of coffee, soft drinks, and beer throughout the day. Evening drinks were fab with bubbly, wine, liquor, plus plenty of snacks that could even serve as dinner!
- The location is very convenient for getting to Osaka Expo from Honmachi subway station and exploring other parts of the city. There are small restaurants and cafes around, making it easy to dive into local cuisine.
- Staff were excellent, always friendly and ready to assist with any questions or requests we had during our three-night stay on the Executive Floor.
- I had a pleasant experience overall, though I did notice some minor housekeeping issues like a poorly cleaned bedside table. Just a little more attention to detail would make it perfect!
- If you’re looking for tranquility and modern comfort, this hotel fits the bill! The service is impeccable, and you’ll find amazing views from the executive lounge during breakfast.
- Despite a few minor complaints about food offerings, such as stale muffins at breakfast, many guests found their stay enjoyable due to spacious rooms and pleasant staff who even taught them some Japanese words!
