  • The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore Birmingham. The property is clean, which is always a plus! However, the staff could use a bit more warmth and attentiveness to really elevate the experience.
  • Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, especially the health suite where my son enjoyed his swim! The room, bed, and breakfast were top-notch. I’d definitely come back again for another stay!
