Akra V offers access to its larger sister hotel right by the sea, which means you can enjoy fantastic facilities! However, be mindful of the noise from the main road if you’re in a room facing it. We booked a suite with a terrace but found it hard to relax due to the loud traffic and lack of shade on the terrace.
The staff at Akra V are generally friendly and eager to help. They even went out of their way to find an adapter for me when I forgot mine. It’s nice to see that they care about guest comfort!
If you’re looking for convenience, the car park area and beach facilities are quite good—definitely a plus for travelers seeking comfort and safety.
I had initially booked at the 5-star Akra but ended up at the 4-star Akra V across the street. The best part? I still got access to all amenities like the pool and gym! Plus, breakfast at the main hotel was included, making it a great deal for less than half the price!
This was my first time staying here, and I loved how many dining options were available within walking distance. Even though I didn’t have breakfast included, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.
Staying at Akra V grants you full access to all facilities in the main Akra across the road! Room service was solid too; however, I think complimentary mini-bar items should be offered given what you pay per night.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for both families and solo travelers—it has something for everyone!
