Nestled amidst serene landscapes, the hot spring resort offers an unparalleled escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Culinary offerings exceeded expectations with delectable dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Dining amidst picturesque surroundings elevated our gastronomic experience to new heights.
The dinner and breakfast were delicious, with enormous portions, complemented by kind staff who assisted non-English speaking guests using a translator. A private hot spring available 24 hours added to the appeal.
Customer service attitude is wonderful, and the Japanese-style room features an outdoor hot spring bath with flowing natural spring water, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Staff were very kind, contributing to a comfortable stay despite slightly cold conditions outside the sleeping area. The private outdoor bath was convenient for two people, while delicious food rounded out the experience perfectly.
The hotel entrance may be hard to find but has a lot of character. While food quality is decent, excellent outdoor hot springs enhance enjoyment in colder weather. However, low water pressure in outdoor showers can be inconvenient during winter months.
Hotel staff demonstrated professionalism when assisting guests whose car had frozen overnight, showcasing their commitment to customer care in challenging conditions.
