The hotel is great! Check-in is a breeze, the lobby is very inviting and the staff is always helpful. There is a laundry room as well as a microwave available to heat your food. There is a gym and pool if you’re looking for it. The rooms are also massive and the beds are very comfortable.
It’s conveniently located near Pier, making it easy to walk around, and the safety is better than in other areas. There’s a bus stop and a cable car stop nearby, and you can reach Lombard, the Alcatraz tour, and the Golden Gate Bridge within 30 minutes! The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable!
The location is good and there were staff members who spoke Korean, but they are not always in the lobby. It’s easy to walk to the harbor, and if you have the stamina, you can also walk to Oracle Park.
I had a pleasant stay. I also made good use of the $10 voucher that could be used at the convenience store, but there weren’t many items available.
Location is really nice and clean, staffs are kind. You can rent a bicycle for free and look around the beautiful scenes of Golden Gate Bridge.
