• Great location but no parking. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and staff was awesome and very accommodating. A bit pricey for the room.
• Very spacious room, high ceilings and windows, quality bed sheets and very comfy mattresses. We loved a large bathroom – it was almost the size of the bedroom, super comfortable. The room was quiet even though the hotel is located just off the crowded street. It would be great if there was a fitness room and different daily breakfast menu (we stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same every day). However overall 9/10.
• Fabulous location! Literally you walk outside and you are in the middle of the shopping street! To my right is the castle and to my left is the road that will lead you to the Duomo. I didn’t mind the 8-10 minutes walk to the Duomo as I don’t like being in an overly crowded hotel location, and Italy is all about enjoying walking and taking in the views with your company.
• Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff, and good value. Just a few improvements could make it even better – a kettle in the room or a coffee machine, bottled water, and blackout blinds/curtains.
• It was really a great time in Palazzo Segreti Hotel. The hotel staff who I forgot their name was friendly and attentive. The hotel was cozy and clean, and I love amenities especially. The hotel is located near Piazza del Duomo. No doubt leaves cherished memories.
