It’s close to Lotte Hotel Hoan Kiem and it’s quiet, which is nice. The accommodation is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly. I would like to book again next time I come for a business trip.
The hotel is within walking distance to the Hanoi Conservatory of Music, clean, and has friendly staff. The bathroom is spacious, convenient for shopping. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The room size is slightly smaller than expected.
Staff was very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and quiet, with comfy beds. Hi end Toto WC. Great breakfast, but their Japanese restaurant was super clean, but food just OKAY. All around hi marks .. THANK YOU!
The hotel is new and quiet. Good for travelers whom are there for holiday. However as business travelers whom have limited time to travel around for meals, it is not ideal. Hardly can find food around the area other than restaurants within that area. Limited choices
