• The location is beautiful, just a few steps across the street to the beach. Quick check-in and a welcome drink of mulberry juice were quite good. Upon arrival, staff members opened the door and carried my bag, very enthusiastic. The family room has a separate partition, and two restrooms are very convenient. There are tea, coffee, water, and a plate of apples for free. The amenities are complete. However, there was a showerhead and toilet paper holder that were loose.
• This hotel is the best in the whole journey. Everything was impeccable. When leaving, the kids even wanted to stay longer because they loved it. It is very close and convenient for outings with local specialties like Hue beef noodles within walking distance.
• The location is excellent with strong shower water pressure. I originally booked the Signature Suite but found it too big for one person. The reception staff were very accommodating to my requests for a Deluxe King River view room.
• The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with friendly staff always ready to assist. Good facilities made my stay enjoyable.
• The hotel makes a strong impression as soon as you arrive. The staff carries your luggage and is extremely cheerful and polite. Located on Western Street, it’s lively at night with close proximity to entertainment and dining spots in Hue.
