The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to find. The entrance faces a shopping street, which felt safe and accessible. The front desk staff were extremely kind and professional, ensuring a comfortable check-in experience. The room, although small, was clean and well-equipped with essentials.
The location was perfect—right near the Duomo and close to the train station. The staff upgraded our room for added comfort, and breakfast was included, making it an even better deal.
The accommodation’s location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the train station despite Florence’s cobbled streets. It’s close to the Duomo Cathedral, allowing for early morning explorations before the crowds arrive. Breakfast was notably good, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice.
It is clean and comfortable, with attentive front desk staff who speak English well. Their friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed. Breakfast offerings were excellent, and the location near the Duomo is very convenient.
The view of the Duomo from the breakfast area was stunning. The breakfast variety and taste were impressive as well. Many Korean travelers seem to frequent this hotel, which adds to its appeal based on positive reviews.
