Everything was fantastic. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and the room was spacious and clean with an electric kettle, tea, and coffee, ideal for making a cuppa. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Irem, Safak, Burhan, Arda, and Nurullah. Special thanks to all of them for their wonderful service.
The three staff members managed everything perfectly from check-in to check-out. I experienced a lot of stress at another accommodation due to poor cleaning and bugs, but everything was comfortable at this place. Especially Irem, who can speak Korean, was very kind and took care of everything to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel’s location is superb, which is near all shopping areas, bazaars, and the old city. Good size room and cleanliness were also appreciated.
The hotel is very well situated, in the middle of the bustling old city; you can walk to the old bazaar, clock tower, Hadrian’s Gate. The room is nice and clean; they have luggage storage available. However, don’t expect too much from the hospitality, but it’s recommended for its excellent location.
I stayed here for two days, and my experience was amazing. The room was very neat and clean with all possible amenities. View from the room was stunning with many varieties available for breakfast and dinner.
