My 5 children were welcomed with friendly warm cookies treats as well as colouring sets too. Comfortable and cozy enjoyable time. Lovely food in their restaurant too. Birthday surprises treats for two of my boys was so cute! Kind and friendly staffs.
We were welcomed by a very attentive staff who catered to all our needs. The rooms were absolutely perfect and the bed was super comfortable. Overall a perfect overnight stay if you need to be close by the airport.
Room was clean, but there is a £20 charge per night for parking in their own car park. No fridge in the room which is poor especially when I check out being told they do have rooms with fridges available. Would not stay again for reasons above and the price they charge for a Premier hotel run as a budget 3-star hotel mentality, most un-Hilton like.
The receptionists were super nice, but the breakfast was pretty expensive for what it offered.
A going point to highlight is that their paid shuttle services begins at 3am so this was helpful since our flight was early morning and it costed us £7 for 2 pax. I would recommend this hotel for its price, close proximity, and early shuttle service; however, the walking route there can be greatly improved.
