• When I asked at the front desk where the restroom was, it was too far away. It’s a calm, dark, and quiet hotel. There is a Trader Joe’s on the first floor, which is very convenient.
• Great place, clean, the room was big.
• Service, staff, facility was great.. aside from the “amenity fee” due at checkout after you have already paid for the hotel. Whatever that is… everything else was good.
• Located in the heart of Market Street, close to the Bart Bus station. It’s convenient for shopping and has a great location. The staff’s response was also problem-free. I would have liked a kettle in the room, and using the coffee maker was a bit cumbersome. Overall, it’s wonderful.
