• Excellent service at check-in and a very good buffet. The rooms are comfortable and clean, making the hotel quite cozy.
• I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE because of the reception. I booked the same date twice, and NO ONE helped me move the reservation. IT’S IMPOSSIBLE. The receptionist is a liar, an old gray-haired man. I emailed them asking for help in moving the reservation a few days because I wanted to extend it. ZERO REPLY. They completely ignored me. They’re lying to you, telling you it’s the first time they’ve seen you when you were talking yesterday. It’s a disaster. I didn’t even stay for breakfast. I’ll never go back.

• Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. The restaurant is big but has old furniture and a boring breakfast spread. I will not go back again.
