Fantastic stay at Serin East Tagaytay! The location is perfect for exploring on foot, with convenient transportation options. The room was clean and offered a stunning view, plus hot water for comfort.
Affordable rates include free snacks, WiFi, and Netflix! Kitchen appliances are available in the unit, making it easy to prepare light meals. It’s also close to malls and hospitals.
Minor check-in delays were noted, as I had to wait about 30 minutes despite arriving on time. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The place is cozy and clean! Ms. Rachel and Ate Teresa were very helpful during our two-day visit. Unfortunately, we experienced internet issues due to Globe’s service being down, but they offered complimentary service as compensation.
Great accessibility! Right across from a mall with markets just a short drive away. Some guests mentioned slow WiFi affecting their Netflix experience; however, everything else was great overall.
