Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
My family and I had a great time at the Big Cypress Lodge Memphis. The staff was great, facilities and rooms were clean. This place has a great blend of things to do for all ages.
Great destination. You don’t even need to leave, but if you want to explore Memphis, a courtesy shuttle is provided.
Beware of parking fees. If you book outside of the hotel, there will be a daily parking and hotel fee. The free shuttle service helps with this issue, but just be prepared.
The hotel is nice overall, but I feel like they nickel and dime too much for breakfast. It should be included with the room price. Instead, you’re charged per person per day!
