The staff at Cape Town Marriott Hotel Crystal Towers are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even managed an early check-in for guests, which is a nice touch after a long journey. However, there was some confusion with the valet service, as no one was present to assist outside or at the desk.
The hotel room offers a comfortable and spacious environment with a fantastic view of the city lights in the evening. Plus, it’s conveniently located right next to Canal Walk, one of Cape Town’s major shopping malls.
Safety is a priority here; many guests feel very secure during their stay. Everything you might need is nearby, and cleanliness seems to be top-notch!
