• The hotel and facilities were very good. The location is outstanding, attached to Al Ghurair shopping center and just a 5-minute walk from Union metro station. The apartment was huge and clean, though the furniture could use some updating.
• Awesome location! Connected to a large mall with plenty of quality eateries and shopping areas within walking distance. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable—definitely a place I’d book again on my next trip to Dubai!
• The room was huge and spotless! The staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a Mother’s Day cake. I’ll definitely return when visiting Dubai, especially since it’s right within the mall!
• Spacious 2-bedroom apartment, clean with good breakfast options. Had a minor issue with our prepaid breakfast for one child not matching their records, but the front desk was helpful in resolving it. Just keep in mind that pool hours weren’t ideal.
• I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade from a 1-bedroom flat to a 2-bedroom apartment! Everything about this hotel is perfect, plus it’s only a short walk to the metro station—what more could you ask for?

• Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so plan your arrival accordingly.
• Check-out is until 12:00 PM, giving you some time to relax before heading out.
• The hotel is just 1.0 Km from the city center, making it convenient for business travelers.
• You can reach the airport in about 10 minutes, which is a huge plus for tight schedules.
• A tourism tax will be charged directly at the property—don’t forget to budget for that!
• Only valid IDs are UAE National ID or passport; driving licenses are no longer accepted.
• The maximum number of extra beds allowed in a room is one, so plan your accommodations wisely.
• Children under 4 stay free with a baby cot/crib; kids under 13 stay free with extra bedding and breakfast!
• The Kids Club operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and later on weekends—great for families!
• If booking more than five rooms, different policies apply—make sure to check ahead!
