- Spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and dryer, make for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful; they quickly resolved an issue we had with the dryer. Plus, the cozy room decor adds to the overall ambiance. The location in the city center is super convenient, just minutes away from a Countdown supermarket.
- I initially booked this hotel for a girls’ weekend to celebrate our 30th birthday, and I can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff were! When parking arrangements got mixed up, they went out of their way to help us find a spot. Even when plans changed last minute and my friend left, they welcomed my partner and kids without any fuss. The food was delicious, and I loved every moment of our stay!
- I have stayed here several times, but lately I’ve noticed that housekeeping tends to knock on doors quite early—like before 8 AM! It’s been waking me up more than I’d like. If it keeps happening, I might need to consider other options.
- The hotel’s location is fantastic for exploring the city; it’s close to both Terrace and Lambton Quay. However, be aware that their valet parking has height restrictions (1.8M), which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with kids or lots of luggage since we ended up parking blocks away.
- A generally pleasant experience overall! It’s right in the city area across from Sofitel—perfect if you’re looking for convenience after hours when most shops are closed. For those managing hotel aesthetics, it would be lovely to see some brighter paintings instead of darker ones in the rooms!
