Our stay at this hotel was definitely worth it. The room was clean and comfortable, though the sink could use some improvement as it had trouble draining water. However, what really stood out was the amazing staff and owner who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my belongings after I accidentally left them behind. Their exceptional service made our stay truly memorable.
I’m lucky I came across this listing. It’s a great value for its price, with accommodating and responsive staff. The place is clean and offers a nice view, giving you more than what you paid for. I’ll definitely re-book when I return to Davao City; my family enjoyed our stay immensely!

The location is perfect, but be cautious if you’re traveling with elderly or babies due to the design of the unit. It can be challenging for them to get up and down from the bed safely. While cleanliness could improve in some areas like the kitchen, we did notice an unpleasant smell from pest spray throughout the unit.
Very nice and cozy unit. No hassle check-in process here! Unlike other places where you might wait forever, everything was smooth sailing. The city/Samal view is lovely; however, there was a slight odor coming from the bathroom that could use some air freshener. Overall, it was a delightful experience—I plan on going back soon!
