Rodrigo, the reception supervisor, is a gem! He made check-in super smooth, even before the official time. The hotel facilities were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The Langham Club experience was top-notch with attentive staff who ensured we were comfortable and well-fed. However, I found the afternoon tea a bit lacking in quality and variety for the price of 253 pounds for two sets.
I took a last-minute trip with my four-year-old daughter, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was! The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool was lovely, though we missed out on dining at the hotel restaurant.
The in-room breakfast options like pancakes and omelets were surprisingly good value given the location.
This visit felt like a special treat despite being pricey. We had an issue with an overcharge on our bill that needed fixing but overall, everything else about our stay was fantastic!
The birthday surprise from the staff made my day extra special! They gifted me a bottle of hotel fragrance along with fruits and cake in my room—such thoughtful touches!
The executive floor rooms are spectacular! If you can swing it, definitely opt for lounge access; it makes your stay feel even more luxurious. This has become our new favorite London hotel because of its great location and exceptional service!
