The executive floor rooms are spacious and comfortable, but be aware that they lack a bathtub. Room 2220 was nice, though I would have preferred a city view over the water. The executive lounge offers warm tapas and drinks from 6-8 PM, making it a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.
Celebrating special occasions? This hotel is perfect for staycations! We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday and my own 30th. While the room could’ve been cleaner (we found some blond hairs), the staff were super apologetic and refunded our valet charges without hesitation. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the kids loved it!
Although some rooms might need an upgrade, the overall experience is still top-notch. The staff truly shine here! The massive atrium and glass lifts add a unique touch, while the lobby bar ambiance at night is simply delightful. Plus, you can’t beat this location!
Attention to detail makes all the difference! From generous shower heads to comfy beds, everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. Even with short stays typically lacking housekeeping, this place exceeded expectations—though we did have an unfortunate noisy neighbor one night.
An amazing stay awaits you at Hilton Brisbane! The staff are incredibly friendly, rooms are spotless, and the bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Don’t miss out on their delicious buffet breakfast or excellent barista coffee in the mornings!
