The staff’s kindness and ability to communicate in both Korean and English really stood out! Their friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable.
Location-wise, it’s super convenient for accessing major destinations in Hanoi. Being in the city center means quick Grab rides, which was a pleasant surprise.
The facilities are impressively clean and well-maintained, almost like staying at a hotel! The rooms being remodeled in 2023 added to the overall experience.
Breakfast options were decent, but I recommend trying the full-course meal next time instead of upgrading to Lotte Hotel breakfast.
The fitness center and sauna were fantastic amenities! Plus, having a Lotte Mart right in the building makes shopping for snacks or gifts super easy.
Overall, this place is highly recommended for both tourism and business visits to Hanoi!
