• The reception guy is super warm and friendly! He made a real effort to remember our names, which was such a nice touch. Even though we only stayed for one night, he greeted us by name the next morning when we checked out. That’s some top-notch service!
• We were in room 6 at the end of the block, and it was very clean and nicely decorated. The space isn’t huge but has enough room for a cozy sitting area with a two-seater couch and a small dining table for two. The bathroom, however, is quite spacious! You can tell they’ve put thought into the amenities; everything feels high-quality.
• My husband absolutely loved the shower cream and shampoo! Plus, the shower head had strong water flow that gave us an incredibly refreshing experience. And let me tell you about the bed—it’s super comfy! Oh, and I adored the little golden soft fleece blanket they provided.
• The kitchenette was well-stocked with all necessary utensils which made our stay even more convenient.
• Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone planning to visit Hanmer Springs!
