- I had a great experience staying at Mandarin Oriental during my recent trip to Guangzhou. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Plus, the service was top-notch!
- The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. However, one area that could be improved is the side entrance connecting the mall to the hotel. It closes at 10:30 PM, which can be an issue during heavy rain—like when we got completely drenched one night! It would be great if this access point could stay open later or offer a tap-in card access for guests.
