Staff service is the highlight. The warm welcome from the concierge team set a positive tone for our stay. They promptly assisted with our bags, and Manny at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our room was prioritized after a long flight.
The room was spotless and spacious. It features a small kitchen, dining area, office table, lounge area, bedroom, bathroom with bath, and laundry facilities—truly a self-contained unit!
Conveniently located near Circular Quay. You can easily walk to the Opera House and snap photos near the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Plus, the room rates are very reasonable compared to nearby 5-star hotels.
Stunning views from the 23rd floor pool and deck. It’s an ideal spot to soak in the scenery of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and cruise ship port—absolutely breathtaking!
Perfect for special occasions like honeymoons. The staff’s attention to detail made our stay memorable; they even surprised us with a cake when they learned it was our honeymoon!
