Crowne Plaza Madinah is located very close to Gate 301, making it super convenient for visitors. From the east wing rooms, you can even catch a glimpse of the green dome! The hotel offers a comfortable and quiet stay, although some guests noted that the corridor lighting could be brighter.
This was my second visit to Crowne Plaza, and I highly recommend it! The beds are incredibly comfy, and the rooms are decent-sized with a neat and clean environment throughout. Just a heads-up though—using the downstairs restrooms can be a bit inconvenient.
The hotel’s proximity to Masjid Nabwi is fantastic; it’s just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, there’s a mall right across from the hotel where you can find tasty food options instead of settling for low-quality cafeteria fare.
Crowne Plaza Madinah is situated in a quieter neighborhood on the south side of Masjid Nabawi. Walking around is quite pleasant, especially when heading to prayer areas. They also provide shuttle services for women before and after prayers—though walking takes less than 15 minutes!
This was my first stay at Crowne Plaza, and overall it was really nice! However, room cleaning could be hit or miss even when requested. On the bright side, the staff at reception were friendly, and we received complimentary fruits during our stay!
