- The hotel boasts excellent service and cleanliness, with modern facilities. It’s slightly out of the way from the city center but conveniently located near a mall just a 5-7 minute walk away and close to metro access.
- During my honeymoon stay of 4 nights, I found that while the spacious rooms and comfortable beds are typical perks of a five-star hotel, there were some drawbacks worth noting:
- Communication issues: I didn’t receive water on the first day, and when I called for help, no one answered. They eventually acknowledged their mistake about not having a water dispenser in my room after some back-and-forth.
- Cleaning concerns: On the second day, one robe went missing after cleaning. Plus, they accidentally left cleaning tools in my wife’s suitcase which was quite frustrating.

- I also came across some cozy rooms in another place that had everything needed—though there were minor issues like cracks in shower trays. The vibe was lovely with great breakfast options nearby! Even though it’s further from tourist hotspots, it felt safer and was just 5 minutes away from El Corte Inglés with plenty of branded stores.
