- If I could give 200% to this hotel, I would. The staff is incredibly helpful and the location is perfect, especially if you’re in a pinch. They even provided a wheelchair for my elderly mom when we needed to rush her to the hospital nearby. Max, one of the staff members, went above and beyond by translating for us during a stressful time. Truly remarkable care!
- The hotel is excellently located within walking distance of most Guilin sights. They were super responsive via WeChat and even picked us up for free from the airport! Rooms are spacious and immaculate, plus breakfast was delicious with friendly front desk staff who spoke excellent English.
- This hotel is just across from Elephant Hill scenic area and close to the pedestrian mall. What really stood out were the thoughtful gestures from the staff during our stay. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had so far on this trip—definitely worth coming back!
