The unit is clean and comes with a pleasant-smelling mosquito repellent. It features a reclining sofa and complimentary oolong tea for guests. An extra mattress is available for children, making it family-friendly.
Excellent location right next to Paradigm Mall! The amenities in the unit are quite complete, but some guests have reported issues with cleanliness and hospitality from the homeowner.
Despite initial skepticism due to limited reviews, many found their stay at Paradigm Residence better than traditional hotel rooms. Direct access to Paradigm Mall adds convenience, plus there’s no deposit required!
Access cards are necessary for entering and exiting the main lobby and elevator. The apartment is tidy, though you’ll need to bring your own blankets and pillows for the extra kids’ mattress. A washing machine is also available for drying swimwear.
Overall cleanliness was noted positively by several guests, although some did mention dusty fans. Finding the entrance can be tricky; look for the cat cafe on level UG as a landmark!
