The Metcalfe Hotel delivers on character, comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and courtesy! It’s a well-rounded choice for anyone visiting Ottawa.
The location is fantastic! Clean rooms and amazing service make it super welcoming. You’ll feel right at home.
However, keep in mind that despite the photos suggesting otherwise, there are no pool facilities. Also, we encountered some dirty dishes left in the hallway for quite a while before they were cleaned up—definitely not ideal.
We enjoyed both of our stays! Street parking right out front has always been easy to find. The staff truly stand out with their amazing service.
Two rooms at a very good price, especially considering the hotel’s prime location. Hasan at the reception was incredibly friendly and eager to help!
