- The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable, with two types of baths to help you unwind after a long day. However, there’s room for improvement in the handwashing area, as paper towels would be a nice touch.
- The modern amenities allow you to pick what you need yourself, and there’s a supermarket just a short walk away for any supplies. Plus, the location near Odori and Susukino makes it super convenient for subway access!
- Breakfast was enjoyable but could use some variety beyond the daily fish and soup rotation. The stylish dishware adds a nice touch, though it might feel cold when paired with stainless steel cutlery.
- Exceptional staff made all the difference during my stay; Akagawa and Shu were particularly attentive and professional! Their warmth truly enhanced my experience.
- Rooms are clean with comfortable beds; natural light from large windows is a lovely perk!
- The onsen provided great relaxation after exploring Sapporo—definitely a highlight of my stay!
- It’s well-situated near shopping streets, but keep in mind that some exits involve stairs if you’re carrying heavy bags.
- For solo travelers or couples, the room size is adequate but might feel tight with larger suitcases—20 inches or smaller is recommended!
- Despite being new, minimal dust was appreciated compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan.
- Automated check-in/out machines make things easy; breakfast quality was excellent too! The public bath can get crowded during peak hours—aim for 3 PM for more peace.
