The Seana Hotel in Nha Trang offers a clean and cozy stay with new furniture, making it a great choice for travelers.
Its location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the beach and surrounded by plenty of convenience stores and eateries.
The staff’s friendliness can vary; while many are enthusiastic, some could use a bit more warmth. The male staff generally seem to be more cheerful!
Breakfast is included at a reasonable price, but the options could definitely be more diverse.
A major downside was the TV situation—accessing YouTube was confusing, as different staff provided conflicting information about room upgrades needed for that feature.
This hotel provides excellent value for money; I had an amazing stay at this four-star hotel without breaking the bank!
The air-conditioning was somewhat unpredictable, which made for chilly nights. A spa or massage service would have been a nice addition.
Overall, despite minor hiccups like breakfast pricing discrepancies and navigation challenges due to its one-way street location, I found the hotel to be worth every penny!
