- The Koulen Hotel truly felt like our home away from home during our 5-day stay. The reception staff, including Savoeut, Chuon, Chivion, Chou, Lin & Bo, were incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable right from the start.
- The breakfast was exceptional, featuring delicious chicken broth pho prepared by the chef. Plus, they kept the food stocked throughout the morning!
- The pool area was a highlight; it was clean and spacious – perfect for cooling off on those hot days.
- I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The value we received far exceeded what we paid. I honestly expected to pay triple for such an amazing experience anywhere else.
- The rooms are massive and impeccably clean – more like an apartment than a typical hotel room!
