1. Reid provided exceptional service during their stay, going out of his way to ensure comfort and addressing any issues with professionalism. His attentiveness and positive attitude made their experience memorable.

2. The staff was very accommodating upon arrival, offering a shuttle service within a 20-minute radius. The hotel is conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from downtown through a charming neighborhood. Guests enjoyed spacious rooms with beautiful views.
