• We loved this hotel! The room is new and clean, and the staff is really helpful. The Chinese restaurant is a standout, especially with their head chef 左師傅! However, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast; it really could use some improvement.
• The design of the hotel and its facilities are fantastic. The staff provides great service, and the breakfast selection is amazing—definitely a highlight for many guests!
• The location is super convenient, just about 10 minutes to Hengqin Port for easy access to Macau. The gym is well-equipped, and the sea view rooms offer stunning views that make your stay worthwhile.
• Unfortunately, not all experiences are positive. Some guests reported issues like smoke smells in non-smoking rooms and missing promised amenities. Service concerns also arose when staff entered rooms without knocking.
• This time around, booking a sea view room was a great choice! Guests enjoyed comfortable accommodations with spacious bathrooms and good shower facilities. Plus, free parking makes it an excellent option for self-driving travelers!
