* We booked last minute for an impromptu trip to Rome. The location was ideal for sightseeing and close to the train station. Staff were welcoming, and the room was clean and comfy. Overall, a positive experience.

* Great stay in central Rome! A short walk to the metro and Roma Termini. The building is charming, but the staff really made it special—super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus a clean, spacious room. Would definitely stay again!

* Perfect location with a huge suite that was clean and had new linens. Highly recommend!

* Recently remodeled, so everything’s nice and tidy. Just a heads up—there are several hotels in the same building which can make finding your way tricky.

* I arrived after 7 PM and checked in online when no staff were around, which made it hard to locate the place. Unlike Korea, there weren’t clear signs on each floor; I had to check every one. They also didn’t inform me that my key was in the mailbox ahead of time, so I ended up going back and forth a lot.
