- The hotel is nice, room is big. But we got the room near the kitchen so it’s a bit loud in the morning and the room sometimes smells a bit weird. The shower room door does not close properly, leading to water leakage. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants. Just remember, when traveling to Venice, you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs! Even though it’s close to the station, there are many stairs, so a water taxi is recommended but costs €80!
- Small and cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood. It’s an old Venetian hotel with a great location just 3-5 minutes walk to the boat stations. You only need to cross two bridges at most, which is great when you have multiple pieces of luggage. It’s also a 10-15 minute walk to tourist spots like St Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, explaining everything well. The room had Victorian wallpaper and furniture, exuding an old-world charm with a lovely smell. Amenities included a Nespresso bar, soft slippers and robes, complete toiletries in little bottles, and even an umbrella. There was a tub which was great since our last two hotels didn’t have one. Breakfast area was cozy with snacks available all day until 9:30 PM.
- We chose this hotel for its less crowded atmosphere while still being walkable to major attractions. We opted for a larger room with canal views which was spacious. The male staff member at check-in provided excellent service by explaining everything about Venice patiently. The hotel offers free afternoon tea from 3 PM to 9:30 PM for guests—a lovely gesture! Initially surprised by the absence of a kettle in the room, we requested one and it was promptly provided. However, the bed was slightly hard for our liking but overall we had a pleasant stay.
- A staff member greeted us warmly and generously offered candy to our child, contributing to our enjoyable stay thanks to their kind hospitality. The room was large and clean with good lighting.
- This place was exceptional. It was clean with delicious breakfast options and an excellent location for exploring the charming Canareggio district. The staff were very accommodating and sweet; I’ll make sure to return in the future.
