The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We used the parking facility (extra charge but much needed in city center) and the room service. The location is excellent and walking distance to the shopping areas.
The 24 hour reception was a great convenience as we checked in at midnight. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location provided excellent connectivity.
My stay went amazing! The staff were nice and respectful, with clean rooms. However, the fitness area is too small.
Excellent housekeeping. My only complaint is that the bathroom is too small, and I dislike those half glass shower doors.
Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Super quiet at night with a prime location for walking to attractions like the Duomo.
