The hotel room was huge, and so was the bathroom. There was also a desk where we were able to do some work (and do Chinese takeaways). The cleaning staff was very kind. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Public transport is truly convenient. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Milan.
Lovely staff conducted a really, really quick check-in and our family was able to enjoy Milan after a pleasant rest even if they washed in warm water! Perfect location! Easy to get to Milan, or anywhere outside it!
It’s enough space for all three of us to open up our suitcases! If you’re looking for accommodation in Milan, I strongly recommend!
The floor in Europe is not carpeted!!! You can tell if it’s been cleaned or not without dust flying around! The water came out well, and the air conditioning worked well too!
Very close to the Centrale Station, with strong air conditioning, a very large bathroom, and overall it was very clean with a size and cleanliness that is hard to find in Europe!
The checkout time is late, so it’s nice to relax before leaving. There are many good restaurants nearby, and since it’s a bit away from the tourist spots, it was quiet and pleasant.
The staff not offering any apology about missing amenities; just said there is a spare towel in the drawer.
The next day after the room got cleaned, the kettle disappeared again.
Asked for some cutleries but they said they can’t deliver because the bar/restaurant is closed at the moment.
