- The hotel room is a good size for Japanese standard. The actual room is true to picture, aesthetically nicely designed. Bathroom is very well equipped with a deep bathtub, which we used almost everyday while not feeling comfortable going to the public onsen. The room itself has a charger, nice coffee, hair dryer, etc. Hotel staff had been very helpful and friendly too.
- Overall, it’s really good value for the hotel rate and we highly recommend it. As we were in Osaka for the Expo, the hotel was a good location for accessibility. Though there weren’t many eateries in the direct vicinity, the train made it easy to get to numerous neighbourhoods which we even walked to. The hotel is really value for money with a clean onsen and daily breakfasts were excellent with a good range of Asian to western cuisine.
- Had an amazing three night stay here. It’s within walking distance to several stations plus all the convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are nearby which was super convenient. The lobby gave major spa-hotel vibes, really calming and welcoming.
- Absolutely amazing stay in this hotel. Beautiful design and peaceful atmosphere. Centrally located to all the tourist attractions and main subway lines, yet in a very quiet street close to supermarkets and restaurants. Breakfast absolutely amazing to my taste with quality ingredients varying dishes every day.
- The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day. The facilities were clean and everything worked smoothly.
