This place is very comfortable and clean. Staff are really friendly and polite. Amenities are decent and it looks really modern. Breakfast is very filling yet healthy. Hotel is only a 3 minutes walk from Lawson, super convenient.
Everything from the food to the room was great, but the only downside was the location, which was a bit lacking. There were residential houses right in front of us. It would have been better if there were a sea or mountains! However, the staff were very kind, the accommodations were clean, and the service was excellent 💯. I would like to stay again if there is another opportunity 😊.
This is a modern-Japanese style small hotel. Staff can speak English. The room is clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities are available, including a face mask and a very large bottle of water, nice!
The service in the restaurant is super good. Very polite, friendly, and attentive. The presentation of the dinner is beautiful and delicate, but the menu includes a lot of fish. Those who don’t like fish should inform the hotel in advance.
There is a free drink counter right next to the check-in counter for guests to enjoy juices, tea, coffee, etc., anytime. Love this!
Free parking is very convenient.
The spa is quite small but clean and adequate to use.
Rooms are extremely clean. Dinner and breakfast are very nice. Though onsen is not too big, it is nice that it is not crowded. Staff are very pleasant.
