- I stayed here one night prior to a next day departure from Haneda. The staff is welcoming from the moment you go to the front desk. Check in and check out were both easy and fast, via the English-speaking staff at the front desk. They even had a hand-held scale to weigh my luggage for me. Amenities include real crystal water and wine glasses, free drinks stocked in the mini fridge, and every toiletry you would need. The view from the huge window kept me mesmerized as I drank my morning coffee.
- This is my fifth time using this hotel. From check-in, the quality of service was top-notch, with a high level of cleanliness and professionalism throughout. The welcome drinks in the refrigerator are impressive—everything from Coca-Cola to sake! My grandmother also loves this hotel, so I will continue to use it in the future.
- The location of this hotel near Haneda airport is its greatest asset. Reception and restaurant staff are solicitous and pleasant. While room service has limited choices for dinner, the onsen facility offers a unique experience that shouldn’t be missed.
- This hotel stands out amidst Haneda’s chaos with its elegance and calm atmosphere. The welcoming staff demonstrates true Japanese hospitality, making check-in smooth and easy. Don’t skip their superior breakfast with views of Mt. Fuji!
- I was impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff; they quickly resolved any issues I encountered during my stay. The bar serves delightful cocktails—my first experience trying Japanese cocktails was fantastic!
