Quality bed and linens make for a comfortable stay, and the staff is not just attentive but genuinely friendly. The rooms are very clean, thanks to diligent housekeeping. Plus, the elevator has security measures in place, which adds a nice touch of safety.
The location right in front of JR Motomachi Station is fantastic! The staff goes above and beyond—offering luggage storage before check-in and even upgrading rooms when available. And let’s not forget the 24-hour guest lounge on the 3rd floor with free drinks and popsicles; it’s a great spot to relax!
If you’re looking for convenience, this hotel is right in the shopping area with easy access to train stations. Newly renovated rooms provide comfort, although bathrooms can be on the smaller side. Breakfast is decent too, served in a cozy lounge where staff are really helpful.
This hotel works well for families! Located conveniently across from Motomachi Station, it offers a stylish lounge with great views—perfect for relaxing with your child over free drinks. Breakfast at the basement restaurant was delicious and served by very nice staff.
The spacious toilet and bath were a pleasant surprise during our second visit as a family of three. The room felt comfortable despite initial concerns about size; they prepared an upgraded room that made all the difference! I can’t wait to return again next time!
