  • We were both happy to stay in this Hotel. It was the best accommodation on our 3-week trip! The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and our room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view. Everything was spotless, and we couldn’t find a fault at all!
  • Kokusai 21 offers a pleasant stay with smooth check-in and polite staff. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. While it’s not super luxurious, the amenities are more than enough for comfort.
  • The location is great, with nearby izakayas and soba restaurants. We loved using this hotel as a base for skiing trips to Nozawa-Onsen and Hakuba—just about an hour’s drive to both! Plus, there’s a lovely hot spring onsen just 5 minutes away!
  • I would definitely return to this hotel. It’s cozy, clean, and the staff genuinely care about helping you. They even provide a free shuttle service to Nagano train station and popular tourist spots. Oh, the breakfast may be small but it’s absolutely delicious!
  • The hotel’s location is quite convenient, being a pick-up point for visiting the Alpine Snow Wall. It’s close to shopping streets filled with good food options too! Just keep in mind that there were some cleanliness issues like dust under the bed from previous guests.
