• My recent stay at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was exceptional, with top-notch service that truly made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond, surprising me with a complimentary birthday cake and accommodating our late checkout request.
• The Olive restaurant staff were particularly impressive. They quickly assisted my father when he experienced stomach pain and even sent a nurse to check on him. Plus, the food was delicious—my picky toddler loved it!
• The hotel amenities were fantastic for families; my toddler enjoyed the playroom, playground, and pool immensely. Riding go-karts was a highlight for him! The spa massage provided a perfect way to unwind after busy days.
• A couple of minor suggestions would be to add clotheslines for drying swimwear and more toys in the playroom. However, these small points didn’t detract from our overall wonderful experience.
• A huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our trip memorable—special shoutouts to Mariz, Dean, Kenneth, Ash, and everyone at Olive restaurant and the spa! We can’t wait for our next visit!
